Standard Hourly Rate  £50 (for the first hour) and £40 for subsequent hours

Remote Support £30 per hour (£20 for up to 30 minutes) 

New PC Set-up £50 - 90 max fixed rate

(Including data transfer and set-up of printer, internet and email)

Service, Health Check & Performance Tune-up £60 fixed rate

Clean Installation of a Windows Operating System £80 - 95 max fixed rate

(Including data transfer and set-up of printer, internet and email)

Upgrade Installation of a Windows Operating System

£60 - 80 max fixed rate

Virus & Malware Removal £60 - 90 max fixed rate

(Extensive virus/malware identification and removal)

Data Transfer from one PC to another £45 - 60 max fixed rate

Hardware Upgrade £45 fixed rate

(E.g. Memory, Graphics Card, Sound Card etc) 

Data Backup Configuration £45 fixed rate

Data Recovery £80 - 125 max fixed rate
